Our Process.
Estimate.
Bella granite provides Estimates in home or out of house. Typically we would visit your home, measure the area, and provide you with a customized quote for granite installation. All of our in-home measurements are absolutely free and no obligation.
You also have the option of providing dimensions for an estimate. Bear in mind that the measurements may change slightly but will be calculated to exact dimensions at time of template. Providing dimensions for an estimated quote will still help provide an idea of cost for your project.
The Details.
Once measurements are taken, you can select from our selection of slabs. We can help you to choose the slab or material that’s best suited for your home. Or, if you already have a specific material in mind, we can have material delivered and ensure you receive the highest quality slabs.
If you are receiving additional services such as tile or cabinets, we would finalize details to ensure everything is ready for pre-production or template.
Template.
Some, but not all projects, may require templates. A template allows us to cut to the exact specifications of the area such as notches or inconsistencies in walls or cabinets. A technician would visit your home to construct a template of the area. This template would then be taken back to the fabrication warehouse and will be laid above your selected stone, ready for fabrication.
It is common for our customers to change certain details at some point of the project. Template would be the last opportunity before fabrication to add or change any details.
Fabrication.
Our in- house fabricators receive finalized details. They will cut the stone according to your specifications, and prepare the material for installation.
Removal and installation.
Our installers arrive at your site ready to install. If your quote included removal, they will remove and dispose of existing tops and dispose of them, at no inconvenience to you. Installs are typically completed in a time frame of about 2-3 hours, although time may vary for smaller or larger projects.
Cabinets would be installed a few days prior and we would coordinate dates and times to make sure a functional schedule is set up.
Tile would be installed the day after countertops, and takes an average of 2-4 hours.
